Coolant crossover hose kit for LS series engines.  

These ports come as shown with 4 O'rings, 4 bolts, 2 delete coolant ports, 2 threaded coolant ports, and 1 steel braided hose.  Thread sealant NOT included

 These can be installed on the front or rear of the cylinder heads.
