No need for dual timing chains. This chain has been pushed over 1500hp without failure. Direct replacement "Sprockets not included".
This is the exact timing chain used on the Corvette Racing C5-R, C6.R and C7.R race cars from 1997-present in the ALMS and now United Sportscar series. Also such endurance races as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 24 Hours of Daytona. The C5-R race chain gets proprietary features over the standard IWIS aftermarket LS chain which includes "fine blanked plates" and a proprietary pin coating. This is the only chain you'll ever need, and since it fits over production sprockets its a direct replacement with no worries of clearance to your oil pump.
